Dinesh D’Souza described Michelle Obama’s college thesis as “illiterate and incoherent.” The far-right author and filmmaker launched a scathing attack on the former first lady after she claimed that people at the most powerful organizations in the world were “not as smart” as some portrayed them to be.

“Anyone who has read Michelle’s college thesis—a document so illiterate and incoherent that it was written, as Christopher Hitchens put it, in ‘no known language’—will chuckle heartily at this one,” D’Souza wrote on his Facebook page, sharing a link to a Newsweek article that reported Obama’s remark.

Speaking during a sold-out talk with Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie in London earlier this month, the former first lady said:

“I have been at probably every powerful table that you can think of. I have worked at nonprofits, I have been at foundations, I have worked in corporations, served on corporate boards, I have been at G-summits, I have sat in at the U.N.: They are not that smart.”

The 54-year-old addressed Hitchens’s comments in her memoir, Becoming, which broke sales records last month and became the year’s best-selling book 15 days after it was published.

“He tore into the college-age me, suggesting that I’d been unduly influenced by black radical thinkers and furthermore was a crappy writer,” Obama explained in her book.

“‘To describe it as hard to read would be a mistake,’ he wrote. ‘The thesis cannot be “read” at all, in the strict sense of the verb. This is because it wasn’t written in any known language.'”

Obama said she felt the criticism, which she described as “small-minded and ludicrous,” painted her as “so foreign that even my language couldn’t be recognized.” She also felt it “mocked my intellect” and that Hitchens’s marginalizing of her young self “carried with it a larger dismissiveness.”

Obama attended Princeton University, where she majored in sociology and minored in African-American studies, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985.

Three years later, she earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, becoming the third first lady with a postgraduate degree after Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush, her two immediate predecessors at the White House.

Obama isn’t the first Democrat woman to be criticized by D’Souza, who last month described congresswoman-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as the “stupidest person elected to public office.”

When a caravan of thousands of migrants was stopped at the U.S.-Mexico border in Tijuana, Mexico, Ocasio-Cortez took to social media to defend the refugees’ right to travel from Central America toward the U.S.

Citing examples of Jewish families fleeing Nazi Germany and families looking to escape persecution in Rwanda, Ocasio-Cortez said requesting status and applying for asylum wasn’t a crime.

Her comments were reported by a number of media outlets, including The Daily Caller, which tweeted that Ocasio-Cortez had compared “migrant caravan to Jews fleeing Holocaust.”

D’Souza replied to the tweet with a direct attack on the 29-year-old, who earlier this year became the youngest woman elected to Congress.

Pelosi Adds 2 Democrat Sweeteners To Phase 4 Bill – Nancy Wants Vote By Mail And State Funds

We’ve seen Democrats use the crisis to push their agenda. And they don’t seem to be slowing down a bit.

Democrats in the House are pushing for a Phase 4 relief package. Instead of aiming to help small businesses reopen, Nancy Pelosi plans on funding a major liberal scheme.

Sunday on “Full Court Press,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told host Greta van Susteren vote-by-mail would be in the next coronavirus stimulus legislation…
She added, “This is an opportunity to remove obstacles of participation by calling upon the governing bodies to send a ballot to every registered voter.”
Pelosi admitted this week that she is putting vote-by-mail in her next package.
Numerous critics have warned that vote-by-mail is prime for fraud. Yet despite the clear dangers this plan poses, Democrats are determined to push it, over COVID-19.

This is hard to swallow, as states continue to reopen. If you can stay safe at the grocery store, can’t you stay safe at a voting booth?
Is Nancy really concerned for Americans’ health—or is she pushing a system that can easily be exploited by campaign activists?

But she’s got more plans. One is a massive bailout for states that have been spending recklessly years.

The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday that the legislation may be completed this week and inject more than $750 billion into state and local governments’ coffers. The report pointed out that House Democrats have not engaged with the GOP-controlled Senate and Republican representatives.
Once again, we see Democrats using the crisis to get what they want. Pelosi claims the virus requires a massive injection of cash into states with federal money.
Of course, all the states demanding cash are run by liberals, who have been in debt for years.

Is this about dealing with COVID-19 (even as things are getting better) or is this about giving billions in YOUR money to Democrats who don’t know how to run states?
It’s hard to believe that Pelosi is doing this out of the goodness of her heart. She has refused to even cooperate with Republican lawmakers.
Once again, Nance is forcing her agenda through. She often accuses Trump of being too partisan.
Well, what is this called, Nance? You didn’t let Republicans even weigh in on your massive spending bill.
Does she think Republicans in the Senate will just adopt this plan? Does she really think Trump will sign this scheme into law?

On his Fox News program Friday, host Tucker Carlson said infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci had been wrong about the current coronavirus pandemic in the U.S. “repeatedly” and that his call for all states to issue stay-at-home orders would amount to “national suicide.”

Fauci is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a member of the White House coronavirus task force which assists in crafting the U.S. response for combatting the virus.

After calling Fauci an “impressive person,” Carlson said, “That doesn’t mean he’s never wrong. On the question of the pandemic, Fauci has been wrong repeatedly.”

Carlson cited a January Newsmax interview with Fauci in which he said the coronavirus “is not a major threat to the people of the United States and this is not something that the citizens of the United States right now should be worried about.”

Fauci has also voiced support for each state to issue stay-at-home orders, which would effectively wind up initiating some form of quarantine throughout the entire county.

“I don’t understand why that’s not happening,” Fauci said Thursday on CNN. “If you look at what’s going on in this country, I just don’t understand why we’re not doing that. We really should be.”

“More than 10 million Americans have already lost their jobs,” Carlson said. “Imagine another year of this. That would be national suicide, and yet, that is what Anthony Fauci is suggesting, at least.”

Carlson suggested Fauci was not looking at the economic ramifications of the coronavirus response because Fauci has “bulletproof job security.”

High U.S. unemployment rates, according to Carlson, are “a far bigger disaster than the virus itself by any measure.”

“Our response to coronavirus could turn this into a far poorer nation,” Carlson said. “Poor countries are unhealthy countries, always and everywhere. In poor countries, people die of treatable diseases. In poor countries, people are far more vulnerable to obscure viruses, like the one we are fighting now. You want to keep Americans from dying before their time? Then don’t impoverish them.”

Newsweek reached out to Dr. Fauci’s office for comment.

On Thursday, data from the U.S. Department of Labor indicated that over 6 million Americans filed for unemployment insurance in the span of a week, bringing the total number of requests for unemployment benefits to more than 10 million within the space of two weeks. Much of this can be attributed to stay-at-home orders issued by state governments which have temporarily closed down businesses deemed non-essential.

Boy Scouts banned from planting American flags on veterans’ graves for Memorial Day due to coronavirus

A longtime Memorial Day weekend tradition to honor veterans is now canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but there are persisting calls to bring it back.

For decades, the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and other groups have devoted part of the holiday to place small American flags at the graves of veterans and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice as a way to honor our country’s war heroes.

Yet this year the Department of Veteran’s Affairs has prohibited public events at the sites because of COVID-19. The Boy Scouts and other groups have been barred from carrying out the mass flag placements.

On Long Island, N.Y., where more than 500,000 veterans are buried at two national military cemeteries, there are demands for the VA to reconsider and rescind the ban.

“If we can’t figure out a way to make sure we are placing flags at their graves to honor them, then something is seriously wrong,” said Suffolk County executive Steve Bellone, whose county includes the sprawling Calverton and Long Island National Cemeteries, which hold more veterans than any other military cemetery in the nation, including Arlington National Cemetery.

Bellone is confident that officials can carry out a plan that would keep the Scouts safe.

“What we’re asking the VA to do is, rather than have a blanket policy across the country, allow the national cemeteries at the local level, to make this determination in conjunction with the local health department,” he told Fox News. “We will take the responsibility to say that this flag placement plan meets the state and national guidelines but give us that opportunity to do it, allow us to honor our fallen heroes.”

Every year, the members of Boy Scout Troop 443 from Middle Island, N.Y., place thousands of flags next to the headstones at one of the Suffolk sites, the Calverton National Cemetery.

For the past five years, 18-year-old Eagle Scout Kieran Monaghan has been one of the Scouts who has walked the hallowed ground and gingerly placed an American flag next to each headstone. He is confident that his troop can again carry out their mission this year, safely, if only given the chance.

“It’s definitely a very emotional, kind of moving experience. Personally, my Dad is a veteran,” Monaghan told Fox News. “He was deployed in Iraq for a year. It’s good to be able to pay our respects to our fallen heroes, it’s important to me, it’s important to the Boy Scouts, it’s important to the community and it’s something that I would hate to see go.”

The U.S. National Cemetery Administration, the federal agency within the VA that operates the sites, told Fox News that because of the “national emergency, VA national cemeteries will not be hosting public Memorial Day events,” and that includes “mass placement of gravesite flags.”

Harvard Admits Michelle Obama’s Degrees Are Fakes

Supposedly, Michelle Obama attended both Harvard and Princeton Universities for her degrees before becoming a lawyer and professor. It was bafflement for many on how the former first “lady” obtained such high ranking degrees.

Senior Manager of Housing for both universities, Sandy Batts, said in a statement:

“Her transcript clearly listed her as the gender she isn’t. This nullifies all of the work she did during those years. We don’t like liars around these parts — or with those parts.”

The Obamas are laying low, hoping this discrediting of Michelle’s education will just go away.

It’s also been released that she can no longer practice law in nearly all of the states across the country. It’s only a matter of time before her entire law career is over. Ouch, you know that’s got to hurt.

Pelosi says it’s ‘essential’ for illegal immigrants to get health benefits

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra on Wednesday defended California’s decision to provide health care benefits and stimulus payments to illegal immigrants.

Pelosi also said that “everyone” in the country should be in its “health care loop.”

The state of California has been sued over its $75 million plan to financially assist illegal immigrants during the coronavirus pandemic. Some illegal immigrants in the state currently qualify for health care benefits.

“It’s in everyone’s interest that everyone is in the health care loop,” Pelosi said during a conference call on the opposition to the Trump administration’s lawsuit to overturn the Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare.

“It’s absolutely essential that we’re able to get benefits to everyone in our country when we’re testing when we’re tracing when we’re treating and the rest because, again, it’s in everyone’s interest,” she added.

Pelosi said the coronavirus pandemic has made access to ObamaCare’s benefits more essential than before. She also reiterated her support for offering federal stimulus assistance to illegal immigrants and non-citizens in the next coronavirus relief package.

“The United Farm Workers are picking the fruit and the food and the produce and the rest and they have conditions they’re working under that don’t measure up,” she said.

“So there are many things we’re going to try to do in this bill to help more people to be able to take advantage of what is there, health-wise, but also to participate in some of the benefits, financial benefits, that are there,” she added.

Becerra explained why he stands by California’s decision to offer taxpayer-funded benefits to illegal immigrants. He was asked about the constitutionality of offering benefits to individuals who lack legal immigration status.

“Most of these undocumented workers have actually been classified as essential workers and so it’s kind of tragic, I’d say ironic,… that so many of our essential workers are people are not getting services and benefits simply because of their status,” he replied. “It’s a sad part of our public policy.”

Becerra said Gov. Gavin Newsom, a fellow Democrat, is making sure that the services provided to “those who are undocumented are done according to the law, federal law or state law.”

“We’re confident that whatever we do in the state of California is legal,” he added.

Addressing the Trump administration’s ObamaCare lawsuit before the Supreme Court, Becerra said the law must be protected as the pandemic continues. The administration is arguing that Obamacare, in its current form, is unconstitutional after Congress repealed the law’s individual health care mandate tax penalty.

Becerra, who served in the House until 2017, added that ObamaCare should be called “Pelosicare” given that it would not have been passed without Pelosi’s efforts as a speaker.

“The truth is, we could have, maybe we should have called the ACA ‘Pelosicare’ because quite honestly, but for Nancy Pelosi, we might not have reached this level and now we have to fight for it and fortunately we still have Speaker Pelosi fighting to defend the Affordable Care Act,” he said.
